
The EQR-200 Vibratory Disc Mill is a specialized grinding mill designed to achieve analytical grain sizes across a diverse array of samples, including glass, soil, slags, metallic oxides, ferroalloys, cements, and ceramic materials, among others. This mill can efficiently grind various materials, ranging from semi-soft to the hardest, as well as fragile or fibrous substances. All operations can be managed through a full-color digital display. Its user-friendly design and the durability of its components render this mill nearly maintenance-free.
Operated by a microprocessor, it features five programs that can be adjusted via the digital 3.5” full-color display, allowing you to set various times and speeds for the milling operation. Simply slide the jar containing the sample into position, close the door, select one of the programs, and press the on button. Once the designated time has been completed, the mill will automatically stop, allowing you to open the door and retrieve the jar with the sample. To monitor the remaining milling time, you can easily glance at the digital screen.
