The new MultiEQP-100's versatility makes it an essential tool for the processing and production of metallic samples. It effectively performs cutting, crushing, and punching tasks on metallic samples, and it also has the capability to press pellets for subsequent analysis by RX. The purpose of punching the samples is to obtain pins for analysis using Elemental Analyzers. With a touchscreen and user-friendly software, the various functionalities of the MultiEQP-100 can be easily managed. Additionally, the incorporation of two magnetic sensors on the left side of the pistons enables the automation of the work cycles.

The unique adaptability features of the MultiEQP-100 enable it to quickly be prepared for various tasks. This equipment is equipped with a specially crafted system that allows for the rapid and secure exchange of tools designed for different functions. Our clients' demand for swift access to a variety of tools for metallic sample processing prompted us to convert the MultiEQP-100 into a system specifically for sample processing, capable of accommodating up to three working pistons, each able to support multiple tool types. In fact, we can customize the tools based on specific usage requirements. Each working station can be managed directly from a single control unit, utilizing user-friendly software and a touchscreen, allowing us to modify parameters such as the desired duration, piston stroke, and pressure, which can reach up to 50 tons. You can choose a working unit via the touchscreen or directly at the unit itself.

Complementary operation with the Induction Heater  
Some samples can achieve significant hardness (e.g., C >0.2), making direct processing unfeasible, so they need to be preheated to reduce the metal's hardness; using the EQH3.0 Induction Heater in conjunction with this unit allows for efficient and convenient handling of these types of samples.
