The EQJ-100 Jaw Crusher is a crushing unit specifically engineered for the initial size reduction of tough, brittle, semi-hard, and hard materials. It can swiftly and effectively break down glass, soil, slags, metal oxides, cement, construction materials, ferroalloys, ceramic materials, as well as minerals and rocks. This equipment is extraordinarily durable and straightforward, capable of handling and reducing samples for many years with little to no maintenance required.

During the sample preparation phase, samples can vary significantly in size. When the initial sample size exceeds 10 mm, a preliminary crushing process, referred to as primary size reduction, must be conducted. Following this initial reduction, we can utilize additional equipment like vibratory disc mills or ball mixer mills to achieve the desired final analytical fineness.

The EQJ-100 Jaw Crusher has been specifically engineered for the rapid and efficient primary size reduction of hard, semi-hard, brittle, and tough materials. Samples are introduced through an “anti-rebound” hopper and drop directly into the crushing chamber. In this chamber, a vigorous grinding action commences as a mobile jaw exerts pressure against a fixed jaw, crushing the sample in the process. The distance between the jaws can be adjusted. Once the sample reaches the desired size or smaller, it falls into a removable container. An analog adjustment system enables the user to choose the required sample size through an analog signal displayed on the control panel located on the left side of the machine.
