The EQH3.0 Induction Heater has been specifically designed for quickly softening lollipops and bars.
The EQH-3.0 Induction Heater features five preset programs designed to meet the needs of sample preparation routines in steel manufacturing and foundries. These programs can be tailored depending on the type of sample and the specific requirements of each client.
The EQH-3.0 requires an area of 50 x 50 cm and a power supply of 200 V, and it can heat a metal piece to high temperatures in just 30 seconds, depending on the selected program.
The operation of the device is quite straightforward. After selecting the desired program, place the sample inside the coil and press the «START» button. The heater will activate – a lamp inside unit 2 will signal that the coil is in the heating phase. When the set time has elapsed, the unit will emit a high-pitched sound to indicate that the power to the coil will gradually decrease, allowing you to remove the sample. At this point, the sample will be fully prepared for processing – as a precaution, the lamp will remain illuminated for an additional 30 seconds or more.
